Mardel Jellies was founded in 2014. Its history began in a market in the city of Chicago, selling materials to make gelatin and cakes. Its founder, Martita Millán, is a preschool and primary school teacher. In June 2015, due to the high demand for its products, Mardel Jellies opened its first store.

Over time, Mardel Jellies has become a recognized company in several countries, especially in the United States and Mexico. The vision of its founder is to bring its products to all those interested in the art of baking, especially housewives and single mothers who seek to support their households.
